Status pages
The status pages give you real-time visibility into Vipps MobilePay service health — so you always know whether an issue is on your side or ours. Subscribe to receive automatic email notifications for incidents and scheduled maintenance before they affect your business.
- Production environment: status.vippsmobilepay.com
- Test environment: status-test.vippsmobilepay.com
Our weekly maintenance window is Monday 01:00–05:00 CET. During this window, Vipps MobilePay services may be temporarily unavailable without further notice.
For any planned downtime outside this window, or for unforeseen interruptions, we will notify you via the status page.
You can also connect the Atom and RSS feeds from the status pages into your own monitoring or alerting systems.
Subscribe to notifications​
Stay informed without having to check the status page manually. Subscribe by email to receive alerts for the specific services you depend on.
New email sign-up​
- Click Subscribe to updates and enter your email address. Click Subscribe via Email.
- Open the confirmation email and click Confirm subscription and Manage your subscription.
- The selection screen will open. Choose which components to get status updates for and click Save.
Update an existing subscription​
- Click Subscribe to updates and enter your email address.
- Check your email for a One-Time Password (OTP) — valid for 10 minutes.
- Return to the status page and click Subscribe to updates again.
- Enter your email address and paste the OTP into the Enter OTP field. Click Verify OTP and subscribe.
- The selection screen will open. Update your component selections and click Save.
