Status pages
Subscribe to get notified about incidents and scheduled maintenance. The status pages are:
- Production environment: status.vippsmobilepay.com
- Test environment: status-test.vippsmobilepay.com
You can additionally use the Atom and RSS feeds on the status pages for integration with other systems.
Our weekly maintenance window is on Monday 01:00 - 05:00 CET. During this period, Vipps MobilePay services may be unavailable without further notice.
In the event of planned downtime beyond the above-mentioned period, we will notify you via our operational status channel. Unforeseen operational interruptions or downtime caused by necessary security measures will also be notified via the status channel.
Subscribe to specific components
For the production status page, you can subscribe to specific components through email.
New email sign-up
- Click Subscribe to updates and enter your email address. Click the Subscribe via Email.

Open the confirmation email and click Confirm subscription and Manage your subscription.

The selection screen will open. Choose which components to get status updates for and click Save.
Existing email update
- Click Subscribe to updates and enter your email address as above.
- Check your email for a One-Time Password (OTP). This is valid for 10 minutes.
- Go back to the status page and click the Subscribe to updates button again.
- Enter your email address again and, in the Enter OTP field, paste in your One-Time Password. Click Verify OTP and subscribe.
- The selection screen will open. Choose which components to get status updates for and click Save.
