Every few months, we send information about API changes, new features, and other important updates — including changes to the app or landing pages — so your solutions keep running smoothly.

Frequently asked questions
Who receives the technical updates?
All merchants with access to an API, and all partners.
We do not send to every contact, but at least one person will receive the technical updates. Partners and KAM merchants should check with their contact person that we have the correct information.
Can I subscribe to the technical updates?
No. We don't have any way to manually subscribe/unsubscribe you right now, but we hope to get that in the future.
How often are technical updates sent?
We send them when we think there is enough information to distribute, typically 2–4 times per year. See the archive for previous updates.
We always send when there are important API changes, as documented in the API lifecycle.
We always publish the technical updates here before we send emails.
