Technical updates
All merchants and partners with API access receive technical updates automatically via email.
We regularly provide information about API changes, new features, and other important updates—including changes to the app or landing pages. This ensures that your solutions remain up-to-date and continue to run smoothly.

How it works
Who receives updates
Technical updates are automatically sent to all merchants with access to an API, and all partners.
We do not send to every contact, but at least one person will receive the technical updates. Partners and KAM merchants should check that we have the correct information for their contact person.
Subscription options
We don't have any way to manually subscribe/unsubscribe you right now, but we hope to get that in the future.
Update frequency and timing
We send updates when we think there is enough information to distribute, typically 2–4 times per year. See the archive for previous updates.
We always send an update for important API changes, as documented in the API lifecycle.
We publish the technical updates here before we send emails.
