Technical updates

🌟 All merchants and partners using our APIs will get updates automatically. 🌟

Updates are sent every few months and consist of API changes, new features, and other significant information (such as alterations to the app or landing pages) to help ensure that your solutions run without issues.

Refer to the API lifecycle for information about how changes are documented, and check the Changelog for a list of changes.

Frequently asked questions

Who receives the technical updates?

All merchants with access to an API, and all partners.

We do not send to every contact, but at least one person will receive the technical updates. Partners and KAM merchants should check with their contact person that we have the correct information.

Can I subscribe to the technical updates?

No. We don't have any way to manually subscribe/unsubscribe you right now, but we hope to get that in the future.

How often are technical updates sent?

We send them when we think there is enough information to distribute, typically 2-4 times per year. See the archive for previous updates.
