API terms of use

While you use the Vipps MobilePay APIs, your integration must follow the guidelines provided here in the Vipps MobilePay Technical documentation.

For those in a transitional phase from the MobilePay APIs to Vipps MobilePay APIs: While you continue using MobilePay APIs, your integration must adhere to the guidelines set forth in the MobilePay developer documentation.

Our weekly maintenance window is on Monday 01:00 - 05:00 CET. During this period, Vipps MobilePay services may be unavailable without further notice.

In the event of planned downtime beyond the above-mentioned period, we will notify you via our operational status channel. Unforeseen operational interruptions or downtime caused by necessary security measures will also be notified via the status channel. All Merchants and Partners shall subscribe to the messages in the channel.
